Life Force Healing is a Subtle Energy Healing System that channels universal unconditional love. It's whole structure is built around being heart centered.

Life Force Healing's origins began in the 1980's with a woman named Elsie Starks, who lives in the United Kingdom. She was divinely inspired by Higher Beings or guiding spirits to carry and train others in this love heart frequency as a healing system. She has done so until her retirement in 2008 when she passed the work to Jayne Wood of Atlanta, GA. Once again the guiding spirits and Messengers of LFH spoke through Elsie to ask Jayne if she would accept the responsibility and charge of continuing the work first established through Elsie. Jayne agreed and she was officially made the Director of Life Force Healing International in June 2008. Whereas Elsie was guided to use the color pink as a higher representation of the love energy Jayne has been guided to use turquoise, a connection to the higher heart chakra (the thymus).

Jayne was ever gracious to permit me an interview to add to The Indigo Dimension website. I have worked with many energy systems over the years, and know how channeling this specific energy is from my viewpoint. Yet we are rarely afforded the opportunity to learn what it is like for the holders or heads of these energy systems and their perspective of the energy. What must it be like to be responsible for an energy system? How much more goes into it that we aren't privy too? What does it mean to them personally and professionally to accept the duties as lead for an energy system? These are some of the questions I asked Jayne.

I began with the history of Life Force Healing as mentioned on it's official website www.lfhealing.com and asked Jayne if there was anything she would add or correct about the history's information as I understand it?

A: I was directed to use turquoise for the official color of LFH in advertising, etc. whereas Elsie used pink. The energy has always been the same color and whatever color we use to represent LFH doesn't raise or lower the energy; but if we use a color of a high vibration (like turquoise), we will attract people who are drawn to high vibrations. No matter what color we use, the energy remains the same. Color is used to give us nothing more than a visual anchor for the energy to be represented on the planet.

Q: Do you still communicate with Elsie Starks? Does she still have any interactions with Life Force Healing?

A: I don't talk to Elsie any more but she is there if I need her. She would rather be left alone since she turned LFH over to me. She has made it quite clear that she is no longer involved with Life Force Healing in any way other than continuing to channel the energy. She has said so many times in the past, "I'm retired now; Jayne is to handle matters of Life Force Healing from now on."

Q: What does it mean for you professionally and personally to be the Director of LFH International?

A: Being Director of Life Force Healing means that I hold the energy for everyone who cannot hold it for themselves. I'm also in charge of making certain the energy is kept clean and clear, and keep track of everyone who is linked to the energy. This is what started the Certification Program. I don't think of this as a personal venture in any size, shape or form - only professional - I try my best to keep my personal feelings and concerns out of LFH. Being Director is a "calling" that offers no personal or financial reward.

Q: According to Life Force Healing's website: LFH utilizes the energy of Universal Unconditional Love and that although most healers send loving energy when channeling other energy systems, LFH opens and aligns the heart in a unique way that allows those linked to have a more direct and unobstructed connection to the source of unconditional love. My question is actually two fold: one - what have you found in your own healing practice and heard from other LFH practitioners as the main outstanding difference in your channeling abilities of love before LFH and after in combination with LFH? Two - Do you actually feel a greater depth of love and/or is their more to it than that in the energy vibration you pass?

A: I have found the most obvious change to be within myself; not the energy I channel. Clients feel the energy as being very light and loving and I feel a greater love connection to them through the energy.
Everyone has felt it as very calming and usually during their first experience of the energy, it opens their heart and they feel true universal unconditional love for the first time in their lives which brings tears to their eyes.

Q: What are your responsibilities and how do you go about fulfilling those responsibilities in expanding the energy?

A: At the moment, my main responsibility has been to create and maintain a LFH website. This has been done with my personal resources. I have also made LFH visible on Facebook for those who have been linked to LFH to keep in touch and focused on utilizing and expanding the energy.

Q: Life Force Healing is seen to be guided by Higher Beings or Messengers of the Life Force Healing love energy. Who are these Higher Beings?

A: I don't openly use the name...because I consider that to be sacred information reserved only for those who are linked to the energy...It is not secret, but sacred.

Q: How have the Higher Beings directed you since the passing of the baton from Elsie to you?

A: At this time they speak to me through creative inspiration - as I  always receive my information and guidance. They continuously inspire me to move forward with the energy like the Facebook page and website. The main goal is to inspire our teachers to share the energy and this is a real challenge since it's easy for everyone to get caught up in the mundane world and forget our spiritual commitments. As new people find the website, I answer their questions and give free temporary linkings whenever possible so people can experience the energy. If they want to receive a permanent linking, I refer them to a Teacher who is in good standing in their area, if there is one, so they can receive the linkings in person if possible.

Q: Dolphins have been talked about in regards to Life Force Healing, among the history and its logo, has anyone connected to LFH, besides Elsie Starks, ever spoke of feeling linked with dolphins?

A: Not to my knowledge, but once or twice someone has heard or seen Dolphins during their linking.

Q: What is the difference between a linking and an attunement?

A: A linking is a deeper connection than an attunement. Attunement means you are "in tune" with something; being linked means you have become "one with" something.

Q: How is a temporary linking different from a Level One linking, besides the 24hr period? Is there a difference in the sensation or energy feel of it?

A: No. Sometimes it will last for 2 or 3 days if the students wills it so.

Q: Most energy systems refer to their final/teacher level as a Master level, please explain why Life Force Healing  refers to it as a Facilitator's level. Is this another unique difference between a linking and an attunement?

A: Elsie chose to use the word "Facilitator" instead of Master for LFH to keep people out of ego based thinking. Most people in this country don't know what a Facilitator is so I often use the word "Teacher" instead.

Q: What is the purpose of paying for the linkings?

A: So people have a sense of value and appreciation for the sacred work that came before them.

Q: Why must one be a Certified Practitioner as a prerequisite to the Facilitator/Teacher's level?

A: So I can be sure they are honoring and respecting themselves, their students, their Teacher, and the energy. If there is no sense of the sacred for these things, the energy will have no power for them.

Q: How does Life Force Healing partner with other energy systems?

A: Love goes with everything - one size fits all.

Q: How has Life Force Healing grown globally under your direction?

A: Until recently, there was no one linked to Life Force Healing outside of England. I was the first LFH student and teacher in the U.S. and through me, there are now students in Canada, Spain, California, New York, Iowa, and Alabama. We have a Teacher in California, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and one student who is working towards their Teacher Level in Canada. There is another Teacher in Georgia and she has also linked several students locally.

Q: If you could describe Life Force Healing in another term or energy sensation besides love what would it be?

A: A connection with the all consuming force of the Universe.

As I closed my interview with Jayne Wood and thanked her for her insight and peek into her life as the Director of Life Force Healing International, she had a few closing words to say, “I'm just a simple girl called to do a simple job: Keep the energy clean and clear.”
